Core Power Yoga
This class will use familiar poses from youg to help develop core strength. Poses may be held longer than in Vinyasa classes and students will explore different arm balancing poses that require a strong core. Prior yoga experience required.
Steven's Sweat Shop
This full body, fast paced and fun class will use body weight exercises, medicine balls and various other implements to work your body from every angle. You will get toned, fit and ready for the upcoming summer months in this class, and of coarse SWEAT!
TRX
This Full Body, fast paced class uses all body weight exercises to work your core from every angle. You will get toned, fit and ready for the upcoming summer months in this class.
Rockin' Abs
This 30 minute class is set to great rockin' music that is sure to motivate you through an intense 30 minute ab session which will focus on all muscle groups of your core. Come get a great workout and break a sweat, at the same time.
Walking with Ed
Join Ed on this fast paced walk through downtown. You will be stopping at different intervals to do calisthenics and then on with the walk.
Fuel
Fire up your workouts with this express "Boot Camp" style class which encompasses cardio and circuit training. Maximize your time with this 45 minute class designed to strengthen muscle groups and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
Zumba
A class that uses a mix of Latin and International music to create a dynamic, fun and effective cardio interval workout. Participants will burn up to 500 calories or more in this fast paced class. Zumba is designed for everyone; every shape, condition and age. Everyone will enjoy this dynamic class that is designed to get you moving and let you have fun.
Body Synergy
A holistic combination of Tai Chi,Yoga, and Pilates concentrating on improving flexibility, focused breathing, balance and functional strength. As you progress through the poses, which are suitable for anyone of any age or athletic ability, you will learn to achieve balance between mind and body.
Vinyasa Yoga
This lively flowing yoga practice stretches, strengthens and energizes the body. Great for athletic types and experienced yogis looking for a challenging workout.
Sunrise Yoga
A gentle flowing practice to wake you up and get your blood flowing! A bit more lively than Foundations but appropriate for all levels.
Mat Pilates
Designed to increase strength and flexibility, Pilates targets the core muscles of the body while also enhancing coordination of the limbs. Focusing on correct alignment and execution, we will learn to lengthen as we tone our muscles, achieving new defintion and shape in this mat-based class.
Get on the Ball
Using a Fit Ball and free weights, this class progresses through a wide variety of exercises that work the entire body. The sequence of exercises alternates between upper body, lower body and core.
Foundations of Yoga
For students new to yoga and those who prefer a slower, more gentle practice. Instruction in proper alignment and pose benefits will be offered, as well as modifications for students at different levels. All levels welcome.
Circuit Training
This high intensity, full-body workout will keep you moving and sweating. Working the entire body this class is a great way to start your day.
Boot Camp/ Studio Cycle
Mixes both Boot Camp and Studio Cycle!
Spinning
Perfect for most fitness levels, this high intensity indoor cycling class allows you to control the level of your workout. Spin with the instructor as you climb hills and race through sprints. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up your bike... and don't forget to bring a water bottle.
Step Scupt
A great total body weight training class focusing on all the major muscles of the body combined with a step aerobic workout. This is a great cardio class that will get your heart rate up, improve your coordination and condition and tone your muscles.
Boot Camp
This class includes calisthenics, weight training and cardio. This is a high-intensity, nonstop workout!
Body Sculpting
A great total body weight training class focusing on all the major muscles of the body. Get ready to get a pump.
Abs & Back
Most of our cardio classes end with a 15-minute segment, focusing on the abdominals and back, for those who'd like to participate in the additional workout.
