Ok so I have to do some research on sotwfare that is used at places like Clicks to manage their club card facility. I have to design a sotwfare package that enables a computer shop to give their clients the ability to register for a club card and thus get perks like bonus points which can be redeemed. This sotwfare kit will be very basic, the GUI will be designed in Delphi, and the access will be used for the database. The end-user (an employee of the computer shop) will be able to register clients, edit client information, and search for specific information within the database. Record will also be kept of all purchases made by individual clients. As I said I am doing research on the subject of club card sotwfare, so there are a few things that I need to find out:1) What features do these types of sotwfare usually include (for example the ability to search for a specific client's purchase history)?2) What information is usually required from a member when registering for a club card?3) What benefits do clients that are members of club cards usually get?4) A brief description of how one of these systems currently works would be greatThanx a lot for any help and advice, I appreciate every little bit
