Extra Service Shouldn’t Cost Extra.

Today's economy has caused people to take a hard look at the money that is flowing from their wallets. Most are stepping back and crunching numbers; trying to put a priority on their expenses. This makes people feel like they are being responsible during tough economic times. But, what if this is it? What if this is going to be our economy and we are all sitting around waiting for it to get better. What then?

In the hospitality industry there is a new meaning to "survival." In one word, SERVICE. People expect a certain level of service from different places, people and organizations.

How can an establishment retain its customers? The status quo of service is gone.

Simply put, companies must increase their customer service efforts without increasing their payroll. As the GM, when I think of service and going the extra mile I tend to think of Mr. Walt Disney and Walt Disney World. There each “Cast Member” is educated on one simple function, service; making a customer's experience the best in each light. The tried and true theories of engaging customers, and anticipating their needs and finally delivering them in a timely fashion is what sets an operation apart from the rest.

I'm proud to say that the Capital Club has always had a plan that pays attention to details while focusing on an incredible amount of personalized service. With our properly trained staff, extra service doesn’t cost extra. So we aren't carrying the cost onto you, our members. So, let your competition spend money on promos and new equipment and the latest gimmick. Regardless of your industry, you are the one that wants to be known for top shelf consistent service.

El pibe nisiquiera estaba diciendo nada en contra de Messi ni de ningfan argentino y lo que hicieron ustedes fue un ataque deliberado contra uno de los mejores jugadores del momento, el chicharo y contra Mexico. Messi es sin duda el mejor del mundo, nadie dijo que no, entonces por que9 no dejamos de ser tan envidiosos y admitimos que el Chicharo es bueno, es muy bueno. No es por defenderlo pero, puede que Hernandez tenga menos campeonatos y menos goles que Messi, pero juega en la mejor y me1s competitiva liga del mundo, la liga inglesa. Por favor, dejemos el orgullo a un lado, que el chicharo es muy bueno y eso no perjudica a ningfan latino. A mi no me molesta ni Chicharito ni Mexico, me molesta que se crean que es buenisimo cuando no lo es.
