So What's the Difference?

It’s been three months since I started working here at the Capital Club. I’m finally more comfortable in the process of learning the ins and outs of “Club life”.

I’m truly impressed by the level of service my fellow co-workers deliver to our membership. Simple things, like a wink and a smile to a member having a particularly difficult day to making sure that we have a warm chocolate chip cookie for our cookie lovers after lunch.

Often people ask “So what’s the difference between other Clubs and the Capital Club?”

In my opinion, it’s this attention to detail in our service that sets us apart. Can you book meeting space at another location…sure. But, are you going to receive the warm, cooperative and knowledgeable help from our Private Events Director Diana Holt. Probably not.

Can you belong to another big box athletic facility? Absolutely. But will they know you by name when you walk in to the gym, give you a pep talk when you need it, and wash your clothes, fold them, and return them to your locker in 24 hours without an extra laundry fee? I would say again, probably not.

It’s the service that makes all the difference at the Capital Club, (the low price of membership and great food helps too!)
