It's that time of year again! With the holidays just around the corner I wanted to update you on what’s new with dinning and the staff at the Capital Club.
First, you may have noticed the STAR cards we have circulating in athletics, on Willa’s reception desk and in your checkbooks when dinning with us. STAR Recognition is our program of encouraging and recognizing associates in their pursuit of providing Member Satisfaction. Through nominations by Members, Guest and fellow Associates, the STAR recognition program provides associates with monthly and annual recognition for actions that exemplify STAR SERVICE! So if you notice any associates going above and beyond to make your time the Capital Club extra special, please take a few minutes and fill out a STAR card. It will be greatly appreciated!
I would also like to update you on our new ½ PRICE BURGER NIGHTS in Arthur’s Pub! Every WEDNESDAY night, in Arthur's during happy hour, join us for one of our delicious Angus Burgers with your choice of side for half off!! Happy hour is from 5pm to 7pm, Monday-Friday.
Finally we are preparing for our last wine tasting of the year December 8th. Join us for our Big reds wine tasting featuring "The Prisoner" and four other great wines for last minute gifts.
