Additional Information
- We suggest that prior to beginning any exercise program, participants consult their physician.
- A class may be discontinued, if attendance drops below five participants on a regular basis.
- Safety is a priority in all our classes. The warm-up and cool-down sections are essential parts of each class. Please arrive on time and plan to stay until the end of class.
