Our Executive Chef, Dave Remias, has a passion for food that shows in every artfully prepared meal that leaves his kitchen. Bolstered by culinary experience gained at Akron's Tangiers Restaurant and Handke's Cuisine in Columbus, among others, Chef Remias knows the Club's Members and takes great pride in using seasonal offerings to create contemporary takes on classic dishes.
