For more than 20 years, Capital Club has offered young professionals the opportunity to rub elbows not only with their peers, but also with prominent members of the Columbus community. The Club was created to provide a fresh approach to private, city club membership, convenient to downtown businesses and the Statehouse.
Capital Club's charter Members envisioned an upscale, service-oriented atmosphere, in which anyone who shared their vision, and who could afford private club membership, would be welcomed to socialize and do business.
Founded at a time in history when not everyone was accepted for membership at area clubs, Capital Club was a pioneer, establishing a policy of inclusion and celebrating diversity right from the Club's inception.
