The Capital Club Ladder Society is a six-month, selective business leadership and mentorship program. The Ladder Society is custom tailored for Columbus’ most ambitious downtown professionals and guides participants through interactive, cutting-edge activities designed to propel their careers.

What is the timeframe to apply for the Capital Club Ladder Society?
The program application will be available beginning April 1, 2011 with a submission deadline of November 18, 2011. The program commences in January 2012 and runs through June 2012. The Society will meet on the third Friday of each month for all-day training sessions. Class size will be comprised of approximately 20 participants. Tuition for the Ladder Society includes a one-year executive level membership to the Capital Club. There is no application fee.
